iflybuffalo is a blog devoted to providing information to Canadians about flying out of the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. I have been doing this for years and have saved thousands of dollars in doing so. Southern Ontario is serviced by a few airports but our major one is Lester B Pearson International Airport in the Toronto area.
Having been a Canadian Customs Officer I have experienced both the public and private side of this behemoth of a airport. I cannot tell you how many times the lines in Customs would take hours upon hours to clear. I was shocked at how efficient and friendly the Buffalo airport is the first time I flew out of it. I literally had no lineup to get though security, they were waiting for me! Then of course I had already zipped through USA Customs when I drove over so I was able to sit and have a quiet coffee in the pre-boarding area as my flight approached the gate on time.
